Cynthia B. Sinha, PhD is a sociologist with a focus on families, culture, race-ethnicity, and more recently, medical sociology. She has over 10 years of experience in qualitative research methodology. Areas of research interest for Sickle Cell Disease include the experiences of older adults living with SCD, medical decision-making, bone marrow transplantation to cure SCD, and pain management.
